Classic 1958 Uniflite 24-foot Cabin Cruiserin restorable condition. This estate boat has not been used in the seven years and is not running. Due to the health and subsequent death of the owner, routine maintenance and up keep was unmanageable. It has been stored in a boat house and has only been used in fresh water. Restoration requirements are cosmetic, the steering controls have been replaced and when last used the 90 hp Evinrude Outboard motor worked well. It will be sold as is and where is. The buyer will have to make arrangement to trailer it from the public marina.

VILAS MAPLE FURNITURE

This estate sale features a household of high quality (circa 1950s) Vilas maple furniture. All are in outstanding condition and include rare pieces such as a corner cabinet, an expandable custom configured dinning room table with matching captain’s chairs, a drop-leaf china cabinet, numerous coffee and end tables and many other accessories pieces. With out a doubt, this estate sale of Vilas furniture is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

ANTIQUES & COLLECTIBLES

An impressive collection of Georgian Stemware and some Waterford Crystal, all are in fine condition. An original 18th century oil paining in a gilded frame by the Dutch Master Thysen. Hand-crafted model boats, and a good selection of antique smalls and logging memorabilia. Designer evening gowns, Christmas decorations and a good assortment of knick-knacks. A complete Royal Doulton dinner service for 10 in pristine condition is also being sold.

CONTENTS OF HOUSE (every thing goes)

Two lawn mowers, newer power washer, model boat building & garden tools, small appliances, stone garden ornaments & furniture, barbecue, some fishing gear, wrought iron gazebo, coffee table books, beds and too many other items to list.

Directions:

Follow our directional signs. It’s not hard to find and it’s paved all the way. Please park in the designated area or we will have a nightmare cluster traffic problem.

At the Alberni Hwy Junction (1) Travel the Alberni Hwy #4 on Johnson Rd through Port Alberni to River Road (2). You’ll see the Pescadores Bistro on the corner at the junction. You may want to stop there to eat on your way there or back – yummy.
Turn Right onto River Rd and cross over the Somass River Bridge at Falls Street (3).
Travel past the first road on the left after the bridge (Mission Road) and turn Left onto McCoy Road (4), which is the second road left after the bridge.
Follow McCoy Road West until you get to the Sterling Arm Drive turn-off on the left (5)
Follow Sterling Arm Drive until you get to the shared driveway access of (8800, 8804 & 8806) it will be on the left side of the road (6).
Park in the designated parking area and walk down the driveway until you get to the waterfront home at 8806. Access to the drive way to the house will be utilized for pickup of goods only.

Note: There are alternate routes and you can find them on the Google Map, but this is the one with signs.

Displayed the first prize in the Parksville Lioness Club raffle in our store as a venue for ticket sales.

Beautiful detail on this original solid bronze statue from 1911 depicting the "German Hunter" by Austrian artist Alfred Hoffmann. Statue stands 19 1/2" tall x 6 1/4" wide x 5 1/2" deep and is on a marble base. Of note: end of rifle barrel is bend, but can be easily fixed. Considered good condition.
